Hanky House Mountain Aroma Diffuser is a three-in-one ultrasonic unit that humidifies a room, disperses essential oil and works as a colour-changing night light. The body is moulded in the shape of a volcano. The brand states that it reduces static in the room, that the design is straightforward to use and clean, that a sensor cuts the unit off when the water runs dry, that a timer can be set so it switches itself off overnight, and that a remote control is included. Specifications: 17.9 by 19.3 cm, DC 24 V, 12 W, 600 ml tank, net weight 0.55 kg, ABS and PP construction, suitable for rooms of 10 to 30 square metres. Directions: open the lid and fill the water tank, never pouring water down the mist outlet, and do not fill above the Max line marked on the mist column. Plug in the lead underneath the unit. Add essential oil to the water, starting with three to four drops per 100 ml. Close the lid and press the power button. Pressing the mist button again cycles through the timer settings; the light button cycles from automatic colour change to a fixed colour and brightness. On the remote, button 1 switches the unit on and off, button 2 sets intermittent misting, button 3 continuous misting, button 4 the off-timer, button 5 the mist strength and button 6 the light colour. Cautions: never wash the unit itself, as water inside it will cause damage. Use clean or ordinary tap water rather than distilled water. When cleaning, keep water from running back into the mist outlet or the body; if it does, let it dry out fully before switching on again. Net contents: 600 ml capacity.
