How to order

We work on an inquiry basis rather than online checkout, because your price depends on which products you pick, how much you take, where it ships and how it ships.

  1. 01

    Send us your list

Tell us which products or categories you want, roughly how many, and the country you are importing into. Use the form on this site, or message us directly. A photo or a link is enough.

  2. 02

    We source and quote

We check availability and supplier pricing, then reply within two business days with unit price, minimum quantity, carton details and freight cost. Quoted FOB Bangkok, or CIF to your port if you prefer.

  3. 03

    Check samples

For a first order we can send physical samples so you can see the product and packaging before you commit to a full shipment.

  4. 04

    Place the order

We issue a proforma invoice listing every item, the packing and the shipping terms. Once the agreed payment is confirmed we start buying.

  5. 05

    Buying, consolidation and documents

We purchase from the brands and suppliers, check quantity and expiry dates, consolidate everything into one shipment, and prepare the export paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, plus any product certificates we can obtain from the brand owner.

  6. 06

    Shipping and arrival

We book sea or air freight, or hand the goods over to the forwarder you nominate in Thailand. You receive tracking and the full document set on dispatch.

Can you source products that are not on this site?

Yes. The catalogue is what we stock and know well, but we buy across the Thai market. Send a photo, a link or a brand name and we will price it for you.

What is your minimum order?

It depends on the product and on how it ships. Small trial orders are possible; a mixed pallet is usually the practical starting point. Ask us and we will tell you honestly what makes sense.

Which payment terms do you accept?

Telegraphic transfer is standard: a deposit so we can start buying, balance against the shipping documents. Terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice.

Do you supply export certificates?

We request them from the brand owner or manufacturer on your behalf, including Certificate of Free Sale, certificate of origin and COA. What is available differs from product to product, so tell us what your customs authority requires and we will confirm before you order.
