Where products come from
We buy directly from Thai brands and established suppliers, not from unverified third parties.
Checks before export
Goods are checked for the correct item, quantity and visible condition before they're consolidated for shipment.
Product documentation
Certificates, ingredient lists or other product documents can be requested from the brand or supplier — availability depends on what each one provides.
Handling before dispatch
Goods are stored at our Bangkok consolidation point until your shipment is ready to go.
