Quotations
Prices we send you are valid for the period stated on that quotation. After that, please ask us to reconfirm before ordering.
Pricing
Quoted prices are for the goods only. Freight, insurance, and any duties or taxes at destination are separate unless the quotation says otherwise.
Product availability
Products are subject to stock at our suppliers. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll tell you before confirming the order rather than substituting it silently.
Payment & order confirmation
Your order is confirmed and sourcing begins once payment is received as agreed on the invoice.
Import compliance
You're responsible for import permits, customs clearance, and complying with your own country's regulations for the goods you order.
Governing law
These terms, and any order placed through this website, are governed by the laws of Thailand.
