Shipping

Shipping & delivery

We consolidate your order in Bangkok and ship it out under the terms agreed in your quotation. Here's how it generally works.

Consolidation

Products from different brands or suppliers are brought together at our end before one shipment goes out, so you don't have to coordinate multiple sellers yourself.

Freight options

Air freight and sea freight (LCL or full container) are both available. Which one suits your order depends on volume, weight and how urgent it is — we'll recommend an option when we quote.

Shipping terms (Incoterms)

We quote on terms such as FOB, CIF or EXW depending on what you need. You're welcome to use your own freight forwarder if you prefer.

Export paperwork

We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents your shipment needs. Certificates of origin or product-specific documents are arranged where required.

Import at your end

Once the shipment leaves Thailand, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs broker in advance.

  • Transit time depends on destination, freight mode and customs processing on your side — it's confirmed with your quotation, not fixed in advance.
  • There's no free-shipping threshold; freight is costed per shipment based on weight, volume and destination.
