Thip Chak by Dr Supha is an aromatic herbal powder. The brand states that the scent comes from genuine herbs such as agarwood and jasmine, and associates it with feeling calm and breathing comfortably. Directions: stir one to two of the enclosed measuring spoons into one coffee cup of warm water, four times a day, on waking, at 10.00, at 15.00 and before bed.
