Charm Developer Cream is a two-part body treatment which the brand associates with a fairer-looking skin tone, lighter body hair and the removal of dark marks, without leaving the skin dry. It recommends using it once a week, on the body only. Directions, which the brand asks users to read carefully: take one part Charm Developer Cream and one part Charm Developer Powder. Mix them together — the cream will foam a little — and apply thickly over the body from the neck down to the feet, but not on the face. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse off with ordinary water. Cautions: keep it away from the eyes, and if it enters the eyes rinse immediately with water. Stop using it and consult a doctor if irritation or any abnormal reaction occurs.
