Fahsai Fiber is a powdered fibre drink supplement supplied in sachets, containing no sugar. The main extracts stated on the pack are green tea extract, kelp seaweed, blood orange, acai, L-carnitine L-tartrate, inulin and chromium amino acid chelate. Directions: empty a sachet into a glass, add 80 to 100 ml of water and stir until dissolved. It can be drunk as it is or over ice.
