Renana Ceremonial Matcha Signature is a pure green matcha powder, stated on the pack as ceremonial grade and sourced from Mie prefecture in Japan. The brand states it contains 100% matcha with no added sugar or imitation flavouring. Nutrition per 1 g serving as printed on the pack: 5 kcal, 0% fat, sugar and sodium, and 15 mg potassium. Preparation: dissolve one spoon (1 g) of powder in roughly 100 to 200 ml of water at room temperature. A bamboo whisk is recommended to raise a fine, even foam. Storage: keep in an airtight, opaque container away from air, and refrigerate to preserve colour and flavour. After removing it from the fridge, let the tin come back to room temperature before opening so that airborne moisture does not condense inside. Net contents: 30 g, about 30 servings.
