Supavej Herb Powder is an aromatic Thai herbal powder carrying the scent of fragrant flowers, described on the pack as easy to take. Directions: take four times a day, two of the enclosed measuring spoons each time, stirred into one coffee cup of warm water, on waking, at 10.00, at 15.00 and before bed.
